During the episode of the "Sir Rum A Lot", with special guest bartender, actor Tim Abell, executive chef, Lance Torro, along with Christian Kennedy desribed Lance's special dish- Jerk Chicken. "When I was first asked to incorperated some kind of dish to go along with the "Sir Rum A Lot", I naturally thought of rum and jamacian cusine".

 

 

Lance Torro's "jerk chicken" is a great complement to a great rum cocktail and a breeze to make!

 

 

"When trying to match food with a rum based drink I thought of Jamaican cuisine, so Jamaican cuisine automatically makes me think of jerk chicken so I came up with the jerk chicken wing on top a bed of baby greens dish. It's fast, it's fun and it's easy to prepare."

 

 

Baby greens
Chicken wings
Nutmeg
Salt
Garlic powder
Chili powder
All spice Cloves
Black pepper
Fresh jalapeno Chile's
Fresh garlic
Limes

1. Mix your dry ingredients in bowl. Garlic, minced chili's, lime juice and toss in your wings, coating them well. Let them marinate for 2-3 hours.
2. Barbacue grill your Jamacian jerk chicken and cook till medium of better and put sauce on top.
3. Place a bed of baby greens on a plate and put the finished jerk chicken on top.
