Actor Tim Abell's "Sir Rum A Lot", from the episode . . .

"Excuse me sir, is that rum in your drink, or are you just happy to see me?"

2 ounces Light Rum
2 ounces Bailey's Irish Creme
3 ounces Coconut Creme
1 ounce Dark Rum
1 ounce Meyers Rum
4 ounces Pineapple juice
Float 151 Rum***
1 Banana
1 Cup crushed Ice
Festive style glass

Tim's wonderful elixir was derived from the classic Pina Colada. In a blender, mix all the ingredients except the 151 together until it appears smooth and creamy. Pour the mixture into a glass and top off with a small amount of 151.

If you like your drinks a little sweeter, either add more pineapple juice or cut down on the amount of rum. Try cutting out the 151 and placing Meyers rum on top as the floater then add whip cream for a more festive feel. And to complete the drink, don't forget a slice of fresh pineapple as a garnish.

For those of you who would like to skip the rum altogether please see below for the non-alcoholic version of this tasty, tropical treat.

***Danger- Danger*** For those who aren't aware of powers of "Bacardi 151", a little goes a very long way. Use with caution and sparingly!!

And what appetizers would be a great snack for this incredible cocktail? How about Chef Lance Torro's, "Jerk Chicken"!
